Returns & Exchanges
At Hollow Socks, we want your feet to stay comfortable, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all socks are unworn, unwashed, and remain in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the original, unworn socks back into their shipping mailer or a similar protective envelope, ensuring the package is securely sealed.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
